Roasted and juicy: Tomato soup with pasta

  • 13 tomatoes cut in half
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 clove of minced garlic

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 10 basil leaves


  • Put the tomatoes face down on a tray, bathe them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and salt and pepper. Bake them for 1 hour at 180 degrees. Remove the skin completely from the tomatoes.
