  • 1½ tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 cup of shelled corn
  • 1 kilo of bacon
  • ½ onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 celery
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • ½ cup red bell pepper

  • 4 tbsp. wheat flour
  • 1 cup dark beer
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon. optional tabasco sauce

  • 4 cups white Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
